Thank you for supporting my work. Every order is packed and dispatched by me from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Processing times
I aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 3 working days of purchase.
I'm an independent artist rather than a large retailer, so there may occasionally be a short delay during particularly busy periods. If I expect a significant delay with your order, I'll get in touch.

UK delivery
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 2nd Class mail within 3 working days of dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

International delivery
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver International Standard items within:
Europe: 3–5 working days
Rest of the world: 6–7 working days
These are estimated delivery times after dispatch and are not guaranteed. International deliveries can sometimes take longer due to customs, local postal services or circumstances outside my control.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges in the destination country.
Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error before your order has been dispatched, contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to correct it.

Missing or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me with your order number and I'll help resolve it.
