Refund & Returns Policy
I hope you love your artwork. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Returns
If you change your mind about an eligible purchase made through this website, you can let me know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it.
You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items should be returned in their original condition and packaged carefully to protect them in transit. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Where required, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.
I'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Original and commissioned artwork
Some artworks or commissions may be made specifically or personalised for you. Where an item is genuinely made to your individual specification or personalised, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact me as soon as possible. If I'm able to stop the order before dispatch, I'll arrange the cancellation and refund.
How to request a return
Please contact me through the Contact page and include your name, order number and the item you would like to return.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Contributions to Villains
Contributions made through the Support Villains form are voluntary payments towards the ongoing creation of the Villains project. They are not payments for goods or services, and making a contribution does not guarantee participation in the project, the creation of a portrait, or any other benefit in return.
Contributions are generally non-refundable once made.
If you believe you've made a contribution by mistake — for example, you've entered the wrong amount or a payment has been duplicated — please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to resolve it.
Villains is an independent art project and is not a registered charity. Contributions are used to support the artist's time and the costs of creating and developing the project.
